Edwin Ndoko Condolence Message February 14, 2017

Our heartfelt condolences. “Pa Boniface Thomas Patcha” was an outstanding man and it seems that he has left us too soon.

We know for certain that we never lose the people we love, even to death. They continue to participate in every act, thought and decision we make. Their love leaves an indelible imprint in our memories. We find comfort in knowing that our lives have been enriched by having shared their love.

Pa Patcha was one of the nicest people we know and we know that he was a great Dad too to all his kids. You have our deepest sympathy on your loss.

Boniface Ndemping Wewe The Ngonyama of Brooklyn February 1, 2017

           When I saw the light in 1961, my local Dschang community in Bamenda felt blessed with different families scrambling to give me a name.The Patcha family prevailed as I was named after their son and would be police boss-BONIFACE! As I grew up, I was told that my namesake and Uncle was Commissioner Boniface Patcha.We would call my uncle's mother "Mami Bande" and his father "Papa Bande" because their compound located closer to the Mankon palace while Papa Bande (Pah Dominic) was a juror in the Mankon traditional court.He was also gentleman of giangantic size and a World War 1 veteran that were called 'German Soldiers' when I grew up.During my primary school education in the 1970, I would see Pah Dominic leading the ex-service men/war veterans during parades in his special uniform adorned different medals for bravery etc. As Icame of age,I was told that my namesake-Commisisoner Patcha was in Buea and was also a brother and fellow SOBAN to my Uncle Justice Robert Ndoping (rtd).As an undergraduate at the University of Yaounde in 1987 our paths finally crossed at the St Joseph's English speaking Parish-Elig Effa, Yaounde where Uncle Boniface Patcha was parish president.I also had more opportunities to rekindle our family relationship and benefit from his support and mentoring when I headed the Catholic Youth Movement.Uncle Boniface, Pr.Boniface Nahsah, Late Hon. Francis Nkwain  and Dr. Hermann Maimo Engr.Patrick Navti, Dr.Bernard Ayuk  and the Catholic Women' Association played a great part in in my life and those of others. St. Joseph's church building in Mvog Ada,Yaounde is their brain child and they worked tirelessly to achieve this feat!Uncle Boniface was of colossal stature just like his father and when he spoke in church, the microphones go rumbling!However, he was the opposite of his size personality wise as he was very approachable and caring family man and christian whose house and office was open to all who sought his help. He was never full of himself as one of Cameroon's police bosses in in the 1980's and a powerful man in the country.Each time he saw me, he would proudly call me "Namesake". I heard he had family in the Maryland area and was making preparations to eventually visit one day but the bomb dropped today.My brother Paul send me a message on Facebook with the title-Uncle Boniface Patcha from your church days in Yaounde.I could not open the message but prayed for something good.To my consternation,I learnt he passed onto eternal glory last month after calling my brother.I would have attended the memorial mass in Maryland on February 10th but due to my work schedule I cannot make.I therefore extend my condolences to the Patcha  Family.The Lord taketh and giveth-Blessed be His Name!Farewell Namesake Uncle Boniface!HAMBE KAHLE Malume BONIFACE!!
C. Borurguet My deepest condolence January 26, 2017

My condolences, as feelings of pain and bitterness become unbearable. It is my desire to convey a comforting thought based on the Holy Scriptures

  John 5:28 "Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out."

This passage speaks of the resurrection of our loved ones. It is not God's plan to see us suffer and die, so He extends the following invitation to us: "Come near to God and He will draw near to you" (James 4:8)

HENDRICK POLANCO MY DEEPEST CONDOLENCES January 25, 2017

My deepest condolences.  May these few words from the Holy Scriptures bring you comfort in your time of grief...
John 11:32-45
32 And so Mary, when she arrived where Jesus was and caught sight of him, fell at his feet, saying to him: “Lord, if you had been here, my brother would not have died.” 33 Jesus, therefore, when he saw her weeping and the Jews that came with her weeping, groaned in the spirit and became troubled; 34 and he said: “Where have YOU laid him?” They said to him: “Lord, come and see.” 35 Jesus gave way to tears. 36 Therefore the Jews began to say: “See, what affection he used to have for him!” 37 But some of them said: “Was not this [man] that opened the eyes of the blind man able to prevent this one from dying?”
38 Hence Jesus, after groaning again within himself, came to the memorial tomb. It was, in fact, a cave, and a stone was lying against it.39 Jesus said: “TAKE the stone away.” Martha, the sister of the deceased, said to him: “Lord, by now he must smell, for it is four days.”40 Jesus said to her: “Did I not tell you that if you would believe you would see the glory of God?” 41 Therefore they took the stone away. Now Jesus raised his eyes heavenward and said: “Father, I thank you that you have heard me. 42 True, I knew that you always hear me; but on account of the crowd standing around I spoke, in order that they might believe that you sent me forth.” 43 And when he had said these things, he cried out with a loud voice: “Laz´a·rus, come on out!” 44The [man] that had been dead came out with his feet and hands bound with wrappings, and his countenance was bound about with a cloth. Jesus said to them: “Loose him and let him go.”
45 Therefore many of the Jews that had come to Mary and that beheld what he did put faith in him;
